Lauren Frank was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California. She completed her undergraduate degree at the local Sonoma State University in Biological Sciences. During that time, she worked as a certified nurse assistant in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. Following graduation, she became a phlebotomist to widen her procedural skills. She completed her physician assistant program at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Her education led to her interest in caring for a wide age range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. She wants to help patients take control over their own health and feel empowered to make changes that will help them achieve their health goals.
She now lives in Sacramento with her husband, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, and is a competitive fencer and fencing coach.
